A PLACE OF EXCEEDING GREATNESS: Bishop Samson Grace

A PLACE OF EXCEEDING GREATNESS: Bishop Samson Grace
by

Luke 2:40-46, “ 40And the child grew, and waxed strong in spirit, filled with wisdom: and the grace of God was upon him.  41Now his parents went to Jerusalem every year at the feast of the passover. 42And when he was twelve years old, they went up to Jerusalem after the custom of the feast. 43And when they had fulfilled the days, as they returned, the child Jesus tarried behind in Jerusalem; and Joseph and his mother knew not of it. 44But they, supposing him to have been in the company, went a day’s journey; and they sought him among their kinsfolk and acquaintance. 45And when they found him not, they turned back again to Jerusalem, seeking him. 46And it came to pass, that after three days they found him in the temple, sitting in the midst of the doctors, both hearing them, and asking them questions.”

Jesus Christ grew in wisdom, status and spirit. At age 12, He was sitting with doctors and lawyers in the Synagogue, communicating with them. That was greatness. In this meeting, your children will be imparted with that unction. You are to grow spiritually, physically and mentally. Your children will stand tall in life. God will never give you anything less. Your children will be great in life and destiny in the name of Jesus Christ. Psalms 127:1-5, “1A Song of degrees for Solomon. Except the LORD build the house, they labour in vain that build it: except the LORD keep the city, the watchman waketh but in vain. 2It is vain for you to rise up early, to sit up late, to eat the bread of sorrows: for so he giveth his beloved sleep. 3Lo, children are an heritage of the LORD: and the fruit of the womb is his reward. 4As arrows are in the hand of a mighty man; so are children of the youth. 5Happy is the man that hath his quiver full of them: they shall not be ashamed, but they shall speak with the enemies in the gate.”

Where you stopped, your children will start there in the name of Jesus Christ. Your children will be greatly great in the name of Jesus Christ. Genesis 5:26-29, “26And Methuselah lived after he begat Lamech seven hundred eighty and two years, and begat sons and daughters: 27And all the days of Methuselah were nine hundred sixty and nine years: and he died.  28And Lamech lived an hundred eighty and two years, and begat a son: 29And he called his name Noah, saying, This same shall comfort us concerning our work and toil of our hands, because of the ground which the LORD hath cursed.” Noah was not an ordinary child. He was a great child. Noah’s parent observed that he was not an ordinary child. Greatness can be observed. You can see greatness in child’s behaviour. Psalms 128:1-4, “1A Song of degrees. Blessed is every one that feareth the LORD; that walketh in his ways. 2For thou shalt eat the labour of thine hands: happy shalt thou be, and it shall be well with thee. 3Thy wife shall be as a fruitful vine by the sides of thine house: thy children like olive plants round about thy table. 4Behold, that thus shall the man be blessed that feareth the LORD.”

Your blessings will reflect in the lives of your children. Every household believing God for miracle baby, receive them now in the name of Jesus Christ.

Genesis 12:1-4, “1Now the LORD had said unto Abram, Get thee out of thy country, and from thy kindred, and from thy father’s house, unto a land that I will shew thee: 2And I will make of thee a great nation, and I will bless thee, and make thy name great; and thou shalt be a blessing: 3And I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee: and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed.  4So Abram departed, as the LORD had spoken unto him; and Lot went with him: and Abram was seventy and five years old when he departed out of Haran.”

Until he departed from his father’s house he did not experience exceeding greatness. Genesis 13:2, “And Abram was very rich in cattle, in silver, and in gold.” Until you depart from the past, the new will never come. When God wants to give you your greatness, sometimes He relocates you. Every time God relocates us, it is to our greatness.

In conclusion, to get to your Promised Land, you must hear God clearly. God will open your ears to hear Him clearly in Jesus’ name.

Prayer:

  1. Every door of greatness shut against me, I command it to be opened now in the name of Jesus Christ.
  2. Oh Lord, order my steps to a place You have prepared for me in the name of Jesus Christ.
  3. Oh Lord, take me from desert to my Promised Land in the name of Jesus Christ.
  4. Oh Lord, end my struggling tonight, take me to my place of exceeding greatness in the name of Jesus Christ.
  5. Oh Lord, I have come to a place of Bethel, settle my matter now in the name of Jesus Christ.
  6. Whoever is occupying my place of greatness, I uproot them completely in the name of Jesus Christ.
