Something unusual will happen to someone tonight in the name of Jesus Christ. You will have encounter with the God of excellence. The God that knows your exact needs will appear to you. Something suitable and customized to you shall be released to you tonight in the name of Jesus Christ.
Any freedom without financial freedom is a mockery of freedom. You cannot say you are free and you are in debts. You will never be ashamed in the name of Jesus Christ. Joel 2:25-27,“25And I will restore to you the years that the locust hath eaten, the cankerworm, and the caterpiller, and the palmerworm, my great army which I sent among you. 26And ye shall eat in plenty, and be satisfied, and praise the name of the LORD your God, that hath dealt wondrously with you: and my people shall never be ashamed. 27And ye shall know that I am in the midst of Israel, and that I am the LORD your God, and none else: and my people shall never be ashamed. ” Romans 10:11, “For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed.”
Freedom from debts is your inheritance in God Deuteronomy 28:12-13, “12The LORD shall open unto thee his good treasure, the heaven to give the rain unto thy land in his season, and to bless all the work of thine hand: and thou shalt lend unto many nations, and thou shalt not borrow. 13And the LORD shall make thee the head, and not the tail; and thou shalt be above only, and thou shalt not be beneath; if that thou hearken unto the commandments of the LORD thy God, which I command thee this day, to observe and to do them:” Your hands are lending hands, they are not borrowing hands in the name of Jesus Christ. Deuteronomy 15:6, “For the LORD thy God blesseth thee, as he promised thee: and thou shalt lend unto many nations, but thou shalt not borrow; and thou shalt reign over many nations, but they shall not reign over thee.” Proverbs 22:7, “The rich ruleth over the poor, and the borrower is servant to the lender”. Borrower is a servant; he is a slave to the lender.
WHAT DEBTS DO?
- Debts degrade.
- Debts dehumanize.
- Debts create anxiety.
- Debts increase health risks.
- Debts embarrass.
- Debts make you a servant.
- Debt is a curse. Deuteronomy 28:15, “But it shall come to pass, if thou wilt not hearken unto the voice of the LORD thy God, to observe to do all his commandments and his statutes which I command thee this day; that all these curses shall come upon thee, and overtake thee:” Deuteronomy 28:44, “He shall lend to thee, and thou shalt not lend to him: he shall be the head, and thou shalt be the tail.” Every curse making you a borrower be lifted from your life in the name of Jesus Christ. Every curse of borrowing is turned around in the name of Jesus Christ.
We all owe the debt of sin. But Jesus Christ of Nazareth had paid the price. Your debt of sin had been paid by Him on the cross. All you owe Him is gratitude Romans 8:32, “He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things?” Romans 5:6-10, “6For when we were yet without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly. 7For scarcely for a righteous man will one die: yet peradventure for a good man some would even dare to die. 8But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. 9Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him. 10For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life.”
If He can pay for your sin, whatever you owe irrespective of the magnitude of the debts, He will surely pay for all. His love of us is deep, beyond what we can measure. John 15:13, “Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.”
Whatever has brought you down; Jesus Christ will raise you up in the name of Jesus Christ. Every lives’ transaction is either you are making deposit or withdrawal. Some people suffer in live because they do not make deposits; they keep making withdrawals until their deposits surpass their withdrawals.
Romans 13:8, “Owe no man anything, but to love one another: for he that loveth another hath fulfilled the law.”
When much of anything is given unto, you will become a debtor to those who do not have. You must give to the needy, the aged, and the orphans. You must stand for what is just and right. Those who are in peace, saved and secured, you owe those who are insecure and destitute.
God is good to all. How can we repay His goodness to us? Matthew 5:45-46, “45That ye may be the children of your Father which is in heaven: for he maketh his sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust. 46For if ye love them which love you, what reward have ye? do not even the publicans the same?” Romans 2:4, “Or despisest thou the riches of his goodness and forbearance and longsuffering; not knowing that the goodness of God leadeth thee to repentance?” If you take God for granted, you will be grounded in your lifetime. The reason of His goodness to you is a deposit into your life so that you will repay Him back through service to God and humanity. You owe God repentance. As you are in Christ, for all His deposits into your life, you must do all things to bring glory to His name through you. You will become an ingrate if you are rebellion to God through your attitude and ways of life.
Prayer:
- Oh Lord, everything I owe, empowers me to pay all in the name of Jesus Christ.
- Oh Lord, help me to pay the debts of love to my wife, children, and everyone around my life in the name of Jesus Christ.
