God has every family of the earth in His heart. God sought for Abraham through whom He blessed all the families of the earth. Genesis 12:1-3, “1Now the LORD had said unto Abram, Get thee out of thy country, and from thy kindred, and from thy father’s house, unto a land that I will shew thee: 2And I will make of thee a great nation, and I will bless thee, and make thy name great; and thou shalt be a blessing: 3And I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee: and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed.”
THE FOLLOWING GROUPS ARE VALUED BY GOD:
- The children. Children are the heritage of God. That is why you must treat them very well. The issue many people are battling with now is as a result how they treated the children in the past.
- The old and grey headed. The aged ones.
- Orphans are to be specially treated. You show must kindness, love and affection to the fatherless and motherless.
- The widowers and the widows. Never take advantage of them, rather you need to support them in any capacity you can do so. You must give due respect to them.
Anyone that is vulnerable, or cannot help himself for one reason or the other, God always fights for them. You must use not their circumstances to abuse them, to deprive them of what they are entitled to enjoy. God will send help to you in any vulnerable situation in the name of Jesus Christ.
Never treats anyone badly. No one knows what will become of such person in the future. Joseph would not have become a Prime Minister if he did not meet that prisoner in the prison. His kindness to him made the prisoner to remember him.
Separation is life’s reality. There is a time separation must take place, whether you like it or not. Husband separates from his wife. Brother separates from his brother. Sister separates from her sister. Separation for any reason is life’s reality. God will show you favour, even in separation, you will be blessed in the name of Jesus Christ. Matthew 24:40-41, “40Then shall two be in the field; the one shall be taken, and the other left. 41Two women shall be grinding at the mill; the one shall be taken, and the other left.”
Acts 15:36-40, “36And some days after Paul said unto Barnabas, Let us go again and visit our brethren in every city where we have preached the word of the Lord, and see how they do. 37And Barnabas determined to take with them John, whose surname was Mark. 38But Paul thought not good to take him with them, who departed from them from Pamphylia, and went not with them to the work. 39And the contention was so sharp between them, that they departed asunder one from the other: and so Barnabas took Mark, and sailed unto Cyprus; 40And Paul chose Silas, and departed, being recommended by the brethren unto the grace of God.” Ecclesiastes 3:6, “A time to get, and a time to lose; a time to keep, and a time to cast away; Matthew 26:56, “But all this was done, that the scriptures of the prophets might be fulfilled. Then all the disciples forsook him, and fled.” Those who do not prepare for the day of separation are living in a mere dream.
CAUSES OF SEPARATION:
- The tenure is over. There are relationships for seasons. There are relationships for reasons. Once you are through with the season or the reason, the separation is bound to happen.
- Marriage is meant for a lifetime, but separation is still inevitable. Abraham suffered loss of his wife Genesis 23:2, “And Sarah died in Kirjatharba; the same is Hebron in the land of Canaan: and Abraham came to mourn for Sarah, and to weep for her.” Genesis 23:19 Genesis 24:4. Genesis 25:1.
- Offences can cause separation.
- Exposed deception.
- What God did not join together.
- Irreconcilable differences or value differences. Amos 3:3, “Can two walk together, except they be agreed?”
- Abuses
- Unacceptable behavior.
Ezekiel 24:15-20, “15Also the word of the LORD came unto me, saying, 16Son of man, behold, I take away from thee the desire of thine eyes with a stroke: yet neither shalt thou mourn nor weep, neither shall thy tears run down. 17Forbear to cry, make no mourning for the dead, bind the tire of thine head upon thee, and put on thy shoes upon thy feet, and cover not thy lips, and eat not the bread of men. 18So I spake unto the people in the morning: and at even my wife died; and I did in the morning as I was commanded. 19And the people said unto me, Wilt thou not tell us what these things are to us, that thou doest so? 20Then I answered them, The word of the LORD came unto me, saying,”
You must move on. Never dwell in the pains of the past, you must move on. Open a new chapter when the old chapter has ended. Face your future with a great confident. Isaiah 43:18-19, “18Remember ye not the former things, neither consider the things of old. 19Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert.”
Prayer:
- I am moving on confidently and I will succeed in the name of Jesus Christ.
- Every fear be afraid of me. My fears shall fear me in the name of Jesus Christ.
- I receive an impartation of the spirit of boldness to succeed in life. A new chapter is opened now in my life. I will be above only. No circumstance of life will keep me underneath in the name of Jesus Christ.
- Like father Abraham, I am going forward to take charge of my life in Christ Jesus. Every chapter of my life is a success in the name of Jesus Christ.
