HARD WORK FOR SUCCESS

Success answers to hard work. Genesis 26:12 “Then Isaac sowed in that land, and received in the same year an hundredfold: and the LORD blessed him. It takes diligence for you to succeed in life. You must have clarity of what God wants you to do and then pursue it with all your heart. That is diligence. Proverb 28:19 “He that tills his land shall have plenty of bread: but he that follows after vain [persons] shall have poverty enough.”

Hard work is putting your physical, mental and spiritual energy into what you intend to do in life. Hard work is doing thing with all your might Ecclesiastes 9:10 “Whatsoever thy hand findeth to do, do [it] with thy might; for [there is] no work, nor device, nor knowledge, nor wisdom, in the grave, whither thou goest.”

Hard work is not to be sleeping when you ought to be working; that is invitation to poverty. Proverb 10:4 “He becometh poor that dealeth [with] a slack hand: but the hand of the diligent maketh rich.” Do not quit if you want to be successful in life Genesis 26:22. Hard work is a persistent effort towards a cause Luke 18:1-5. Always be faithful on your duty post until the job is done. You have to go extra miles to achieve success in your pursuit in life Matthew 5:41. Hard work is also not entertaining distraction. You must be focused in life. Do the right thing at the right time, avoid distraction.

Hard work needs adequate preparation in order to succeed at the end of the assignment. You need to think, cross examine, ask question, review things before you start an assignment. God will help you to succeed in life in the name of Jesus.

Prayer:

1. Oh Lord, give us the grace to be diligent in all things in the name of Jesus.
2. You spirit of slothfulness, you are rebuked in my life in Jesus’ name.
3. I receive the spirit of boldness and courage in the name of Jesus.
4. Oh Lord, bless my hard work; bless my efforts with brilliant success. I will not labour in vain in the name of Jesus.
5. Oh Lord, help me to channel my energy to the right cause.
