SPIRITUAL EMPOWERMENT 2

Tonight, you will be soaked with the latter rain. You are empowered by God, power belongs to you. Every child of God is a child of power. You cannot be powerless because the power of God is in you. Micah 3:8, “But truly I am full of power by the spirit of the LORD, and of judgment, and of might, to declare unto Jacob his transgression, and to Israel his sin.”

This power enables you to make declaration and to confront any situation that comes your way. The easiest way to shame and disgrace is to be powerless. If you do not have power, the powerful ones will prevail over you, you will be ignored cheaply.

Never leave a life of powerless. Always operate in power. For your honour and dignity sake, always walk in power. When you fast and pray, you are endued with power. Open your spirit, soul and body for more powers from God.

In the process of displaying spiritual power, faith is the architecture! The woman with the issue received healing through the instrument of faith. Spiritual power can be released through words Luke 13:11-13, “11And, behold, there was a woman which had a spirit of infirmity eighteen years, and was bowed together, and could in no wise lift up herself. 12And when Jesus saw her, he called her to him, and said unto her, Woman, thou art loosed from thine infirmity. 13And he laid his hands on her: and immediately she was made straight, and glorified God.”

Spiritual power is superior to political power. You are far above them. Ephesians 2:6, “And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus:”

Everything will be working in your favour. If God be for you, who can be against you? You can possess this power and also demonstrate the power. If you do not demonstrate it, you are equivalent with someone who is powerless.

God is the giver power and we are the receivers. Romans 8:32, “He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things?”  Matthew 7:7-8, “7Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you: 8For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened.”  Luke 11:13, “(11:13) If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children: how much more shall your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to them that ask him?” John 1:12, “But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:” Acts 1:8, “But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.”

John 3:27, “John answered and said, A man can receive nothing, except it be given him from heaven.”

1 Corinthians 4:7, “For who maketh thee to differ from another? and what hast thou that thou didst not receive? now if thou didst receive it, why dost thou glory, as if thou hadst not received it?”

If you do not receive, you cannot have and if you do not have, you cannot demonstrate it. That is why you must desire to be empowered.

Acts 8:15-16, “15Who, when they were come down, prayed for them, that they might receive the Holy Ghost: 16(For as yet he was fallen upon none of them: only they were baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus.) Isaiah 40:29-31, “29He giveth power to the faint; and to them that have no might he increaseth strength. 30Even the youths shall faint and be weary, and the young men shall utterly fall: 31But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.

Lack of money does not rob you of your spiritual power. Acts 19:2-6, “2He said unto them, Have ye received the Holy Ghost since ye believed? And they said unto him, We have not so much as heard whether there be any Holy Ghost. 3And he said unto them, Unto what then were ye baptized? And they said, Unto John’s baptism. 4Then said Paul, John verily baptized with the baptism of repentance, saying unto the people, that they should believe on him which should come after him, that is, on Christ Jesus. 5When they heard this, they were baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus. 6And when Paul had laid his hands upon them, the Holy Ghost came on them; and they spake with tongues, and prophesied.”

Power is coming upon you tonight to make you a global change in the name of Jesus Christ

Romans 1:11, “For I long to see you, that I may impart unto you some spiritual gift, to the end ye may be established;” You will receive healing, you will receive your health, you will become the carrier of healing power in the name of Jesus Christ.

2 Timothy 1:6-7, “6Wherefore I put thee in remembrance that thou stir up the gift of God, which is in thee by the putting on of my hands. 7For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.”

Whatever good thing that enters into your hand will not slip from your hand any more in the name of Jesus Christ.

Prayer:

1. Father, I open my spirit to receive power from Your presence and I thank You for it in the name of Jesus Christ.
2. Oh Lord, lift Nigeria up in righteousness and in all good things of life in the name of Jesus Christ.
3. I receive power from God. I will not be powerless. I receive impartation of spiritual gifts in the name of Jesus Christ
4. I receive the working power, the gift of miracle; I receive the gift of faith; I receive the gift of healing in the name of Jesus Christ.
