Every post victory situation is a moment to be on guard lest Satan takes advantage of you to steal away from victory. Taking charge must be intentional, it must be deliberate. You are not passive, you are conscious of things around you. Things do not happen, you make it happen. Nobody gets rewards for intentions; you are rewarded for taking actions.

Taking charge is not wishful thinking life, you must take action. In your life, you will take action, you will be deliberate, it will be strategic. You must make moves that will create waves. You must create events for things to happen.

Take charge of your health:

  1. To stay healthy
  2. To secure healing
  3. To be a channel of healing to others.

You need to eat well.  Psalms 103:5, “Who satisfieth thy mouth with good things; so that thy youth is renewed like the eagle’s.” 3 John 1:2, “Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth.” God’s priority is for you to be in good health. God told Israelites the kind of food they must eat and those they should not eat. You must exercise your body. 1Timothy 4:8, “For bodily exercise profiteth little: but godliness is profitable unto all things, having promise of the life that now is, and of that which is to come.” You must also observe rest for a while. You will also remain healthy when you serve God. Exodus 23:25-26, “And ye shall serve the LORD your God, and he shall bless thy bread, and thy water; and I will take sickness away from the midst of thee. 26There shall nothing cast their young, nor be barren, in thy land: the number of thy days I will fulfill.” Your service to God guarantees your healthy life. You are created to give Him pleasure.

Take responsibility to be healed. Whatever will take you to be healed, you must do it. Mark 10:51, “And Jesus answered and said unto him, What wilt thou that I should do unto thee? The blind man said unto him, Lord, that I might receive my sight.” Mark 5:25-34, “25And a certain woman, which had an issue of blood twelve years, 26And had suffered many things of many physicians, and had spent all that she had, and was nothing bettered, but rather grew worse, 27When she had heard of Jesus, came in the press behind, and touched his garment. 28For she said, If I may touch but his clothes, I shall be whole. 29And straightway the fountain of her blood was dried up; and she felt in her body that she was healed of that plague. 30And Jesus, immediately knowing in himself that virtue had gone out of him, turned him about in the press, and said, Who touched my clothes? 31And his disciples said unto him, Thou seest the multitude thronging thee, and sayest thou, Who touched me? 32And he looked round about to see her that had done this thing. 33But the woman fearing and trembling, knowing what was done in her, came and fell down before him, and told him all the truth. 34And he said unto her, Daughter, thy faith hath made thee whole; go in peace, and be whole of thy plague.” You must say positive things in your heart. You must desire for it and whatever it will take, you must do it. You must take charge of your healing. You confess Scriptures upon your life. You must believe His words and use it frequently. Total good health is your portion in the name of Jesus Christ.

You must be a vessel through which others will be healed. Mark 16:15-17, “15And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. 16He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned. 17And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues;” Take responsibility to lay hands on the sick and pray for his healing. Be an agent of hope and not agent of doom. Even, if there is no hope, make your own supplication known to God.

Prayer:

  1. Father, I thank You for helping us. I thank You for giving us victories in the name of Jesus Christ.
  2. Father, I thank You for safety, I thank You for soundness in the name of Jesus Christ.
  3. Father, I thank You for the word You sent to me for my victory, breakthrough and lifting in the name of Jesus Christ.
  4. Father, make everyday a day of new testimony, confirmation of Your words, manifestations of signs and wonders in the name of Jesus Christ.
  5. Father, do not allow Satan in his craftiness to steal what You have given to me during the convention in the name of Jesus Christ. Mark 4:15, “And these are they by the way side, where the word is sown; but when they have heard, Satan cometh immediately, and taketh away the word that was sown in their hearts.”
  6. The words You have given to me shall not be taken away from me by Satan in his craftiness in the name of Jesus Christ.
  7. Father, as I take charge of health, use my hands to heal the sick in the name of Jesus Christ.
