THE ANOINTING FOR A NEW NAME

You will end this year with great joy. Whatever it is that had appeared impossible, before 31st God will make it possible for you in the name of Jesus Christ. There is a word for someone here tonight. You have made efforts on an issue of life, you have tried all you could and it seems impossible. Hear the word of God today, the matter will end in testimony; you will laugh in the name of Jesus Christ. Get ready for celebration, get ready for testimony. The matter will end in testimony in the name of Jesus Christ. The remaining days of December shall be full of the realisation of your visions, your dreams will come true, and your desires shall be granted in the name of Jesus Christ. Psalms 47:1, “To the chief Musician, A Psalm for the sons of Korah. O clap your hands, all ye people; shout unto God with the voice of triumph.”
When the anointing comes upon a person, his name changes because his status changes. When the anointing comes upon you, what you used to be is not who you will be again. The anointing is a changed force. Because of that change, your name also changes. There is a force in the anointing that brings a change in your name and status. The anointing is the expression of God. His anointing cannot be on you without changing your status. The anointing makes the difference! 1 Samuel 10:1, “Then Samuel took a vial of oil, and poured [it] upon his head, and kissed him, and said, [Is it] not because the LORD hath anointed thee [to be] captain over his inheritance?”
The anointing will change your status now in the name of Jesus Christ. We are all searching just like Saul was searching for the lost donkey in the Scripture. 1 Samuel 10:6, “And the Spirit of the LORD will come upon thee, and thou shalt prophesy with them, and shalt be turned into another man.” The anointing makes your life different, it gives a new life. A new chapter of your life is breaking forth now in the name of Jesus Christ.
God wants to give you a new identity. Where you have been called barren, you will be called fruitfulness, where you have been called fool, you will be called wise, where you have been called sickling you will called healthy, where you have been called failure, you will be called successful man. God wants you to change day by day. The Spirit of the Lord is in the name you call Song of Solomon 1:3, “Because of the savour of thy good ointments thy name [is as] ointment poured forth, therefore do the virgins love thee.”
When you call the name of Jesus Christ, the anointing in His name is being activated. Jacob wrestled with the angel all night in order to receive spiritual transformation. Genesis 32:28, “And he said, Thy name shall be called no more Jacob, but Israel: for as a prince hast thou power with God and with men, and hast prevailed.”
Isaiah 62:2, “And the Gentiles shall see thy righteousness, and all kings thy glory: and thou shalt be called by a new name, which the mouth of the LORD shall name.” Isaiah 9:6, “For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.”
You will end this year with mighty testimonies in the name of Jesus Christ.
Prayer:
- Father, I receive peace in my household now in the name of Jesus Christ
- Father, let Your presence give me a different look in the name of Jesus Christ.
- Father, let Your anointing change my status, let my destiny plan be fulfilled now in the name of Jesus Christ.
- Father, make me a source of breakthrough for others in the name of Jesus Christ.
- Father, make my blessings be everlasting in Christ Jesus.
- Identity three areas you should desire a change before 31st December, 2021, commit the areas to God’s hand now.
