VICTORY OVER CONFUSION

Confusion has to do with the state of: disorder, darkness, being in perplexity, being tossed to and fro, not knowing what to do at a particular period of time. 1 Corinthians 14:33, “ For God is not the author of confusion, but of peace, as in all churches of the saints.” The devil is the author of confusion. He loves to cause chaos, disorder, darkness, strife and envy. If God is the One that can give you peace, He can terminate confusion in your life. If you are in the state of confusion, God wants to step in and bring peace, if you allow Him. The world now is in the state of confusion. Genesis 1:1, “In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.” The devil is the author of confusion and he uses evil spirit to bring confusion to the people. Genesis 1:2-3, “2And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.  3And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.” When the devil came, the heaven and earth were made null and void. But God stepped in, to bring order into the world through His words.

Satan uses his demonic spirits to cause confusions. He uses ungodly people to cause confusions. He uses the nature to cause confusions. In your life, the work of the devil is stopped now in the name of Jesus Christ. Any time he wants to bring confusion into your life, he will meet with the consuming fire of God in the name of Jesus Christ. Isaiah 59:19, “So shall they fear the name of the LORD from the west, and his glory from the rising of the sun. When the enemy shall come in like a flood, the Spirit of the LORD shall lift up a standard against him.” Confusion does not make someone to makes right decision. It does not allow someone to think right and straight. It pushes man to commit blunders. 2 Chronicle 10:8-10, “8But he forsook the counsel which the old men gave him, and took counsel with the young men that were brought up with him, that stood before him. 9And he said unto them, What advice give ye that we may return answer to this people, which have spoken to me, saying, Ease somewhat the yoke that thy father did put upon us? 10And the young men that were brought up with him spake unto him, saying, Thus shalt thou answer the people that spake unto thee, saying, Thy father made our yoke heavy, but make thou it somewhat lighter for us; thus shalt thou say unto them, My little finger shall be thicker than my father’s loins.” You will not make wrong decision. You will be rightly guided in the name of Jesus Christ.

Confusion makes someone to go on wrong direction. Lot was confused. Genesis 13:10, “And Lot lifted up his eyes, and beheld all the plain of Jordan, that it was well watered every where, before the LORD destroyed Sodom and Gomorrah, even as the garden of the LORD, like the land of Egypt, as thou comest unto Zoar.”

In your journey in life, you will not lose anything. If you have lost anything in life, it will be restored in multiple folds in the name of Jesus Christ.

Confusion makes someone to make decision that will lead him into destruction. Judas Iscariot was tempted with money that led him to his eternal condemnation. Romans 16:20, “And the God of peace shall bruise Satan under your feet shortly. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you. Amen.”

WHEN CONFUSION COMES, HOW CAN WE KNOW?

1. It comes inform of darkness. Deuteronomy 28:29, “And thou shalt grope at noonday, as the blind gropeth in darkness, and thou shalt not prosper in thy ways: and thou shalt be only oppressed and spoiled evermore, and no man shall save thee.” Acts 27:20, “And when neither sun nor stars in many days appeared, and no small tempest lay on us, all hope that we should be saved was then taken away.” In that state of your life, you will not be confused, God will rescue you in the name of Jesus Christ. Whatever is yours will not be taken from you in the name of Jesus Christ.
2. Confusion brings disorder. James 3:16, “For where envying and strife is, there is confusion and every evil work.” There must be order in whatever you are doing. There is disorder in the world now. Cheating your partner’s in business agreement is disorder. Not following your superior’s instruction is disorder.
3. Where there is divided loyalty. Matthew 6:24, “No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon.” 1 Kings 13:18-22 “He said unto him, I am a prophet also as thou art; and an angel spake unto me by the word of the LORD, saying, Bring him back with thee into thine house, that he may eat bread and drink water. But he lied unto him. 19So he went back with him, and did eat bread in his house, and drank water. 20And it came to pass, as they sat at the table, that the word of the LORD came unto the prophet that brought him back: 21And he cried unto the man of God that came from Judah, saying, Thus saith the LORD, Forasmuch as thou hast disobeyed the mouth of the LORD, and hast not kept the commandment which the LORD thy God commanded thee, 22But camest back, and hast eaten bread and drunk water in the place, of the which the LORD did say to thee, Eat no bread, and drink no water; thy carcase shall not come unto the sepulchre of thy fathers.”

HOW TO OVERCOME CONFUSION?

1. Receive instructions and directions from God. Do not look at another man’s script, follow your script Psalms 32:8, “I will instruct thee and teach thee in the way which thou shalt go: I will guide thee with mine eye.” Isaiah 30:21, “And thine ears shall hear a word behind thee, saying, This is the way, walk ye in it, when ye turn to the right hand, and when ye turn to the left.”
2. Do not be too much in haste.
3. Receive prophetic instructions through prophet, from God’s word and yourself.

Prayer:

1. Oh Lord, be my guide, be my direction, be my light, I will not be in state of confusion, I reject confusion in my life in the name of Jesus Christ.
2. Oh Lord, let every confusion in my life, career, academics, business, finance and my life’s pursuit ends now. Let there be order in my life now in the name of Jesus Christ
3. Oh Lord, bring order to every disorder in my life now in the name of Jesus Christ.
4. Oh Lord, let there be confusion in the camp of those who are fueling confusion in my life. Scatter them with Your lighting and thunder in the name of Jesus Christ.
5. Oh Lord, whatever is fueling confusion in my life, links to my lineage, bloodline, and foundation; Blood of Jesus Christ destroy it now in the name of Jesus Christ.
