Deuteronomy 28:1-2, “(28:1-2) 1And it shall come to pass, if thou shalt hearken diligently unto the voice of the LORD thy God, to observe and to do all his commandments which I command thee this day, that the LORD thy God will set thee on high above all nations of the earth: 2And all these blessings shall come on thee, and overtake thee, if thou shalt hearken unto the voice of the LORD thy God.”
You belong to the top. You are not a lone ranger. The top may be by height, it may be a change of level. God will take you to the top in the name of Jesus Christ. It is possible to be on top. It is possible to reach the top. It may look far from where you are, but it is reachable. Every mountain before you shall be leveled in the name of Jesus Christ. Mountain can be climbed, it can melt away, and it can skip like ram.
Why must you be on top?
- It is God’s will for all of us to be at the top at all times, in the midst of multitude. You will get there in the name of Jesus Christ. Deuteronomy 28:13, “And the LORD shall make thee the head, and not the tail; and thou shalt be above only, and thou shalt not be beneath; if that thou hearken unto the commandments of the LORD thy God, which I command thee this day, to observe and to do them:”
- Top is cooler and it is refreshing. It is much easier when you are on top. It is very stressful and highly competitive when you are beneath.
- Top helps you to see beyond your nose. You see far beyond those who are beneath. God will take you to the top in the name of Jesus Christ.
- It is easier to dominate when you are on the top. The royal dominion can only be meaningful when you are on the top. You are not on the top to oppress people, but do direct others on the right path.
- God’s words are to take you to the top. John 11:43, “And when he thus had spoken, he cried with a loud voice, Lazarus, come forth.” You will not be hearing the voice of God in vain; His voice will take you to the top in the name of Jesus Christ.
Deuteronomy 28:1-2, “1And it shall come to pass, if thou shalt hearken diligently unto the voice of the LORD thy God, to observe and to do all his commandments which I command thee this day, that the LORD thy God will set thee on high above all nations of the earth: 2And all these blessings shall come on thee, and overtake thee, if thou shalt hearken unto the voice of the LORD thy God.”
What you must do for you to be on top?
- Strive to get wisdom by all means Proverbs 4:8, “Exalt her, and she shall promote thee: she shall bring thee to honour, when thou dost embrace her.” The wisdom of God will rest upon you in the name of Jesus Christ. Anything that happens is for your own good. See victory in all the battles of life.
- To be prudent. Isaiah 62:12, “And they shall call them, The holy people, The redeemed of the LORD: and thou shalt be called, Sought out, A city not forsaken.” Watch your life, be conscious of everything you are doing as you are aspiring for the top.
- Be a problem solver. John 16:33, “These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.” It is the problem that you solve that will take you to the top. God is not interested in your ability, but your availability. God will bestow upon you the capacities to do all things.
- You must be observant and get involve. Be sensitive to things around you and key in where it is necessary.
In conclusion, God is the lifter of men. Psalms 75:6, “For promotion cometh neither from the east, nor from the west, nor from the south.” Trust God to promote you. You are unstoppable. The devil cannot stop you to be at the top in the name of Jesus Christ. Revelation 4:1, “After this I looked, and, behold, a door was opened in heaven: and the first voice which I heard was as it were of a trumpet talking with me; which said, Come up hither, and I will shew thee things which must be hereafter.”
Matthew 11:28, “Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.”
You will be like an eagle that never struggles to fly. That is your portion in the name of Jesus Christ.
Isaiah 45:2, “I will go before thee, and make the crooked places straight: I will break in pieces the gates of brass, and cut in sunder the bars of iron:”
Prayer:
- Oh Lord, every hindrance to my breakthrough, today, be broken into pieces in the name of Jesus Christ.
- All evil gates, and ancient gates placed by the enemies against my lifting, be broken into pieces now in the name of Jesus Christ.
- I remove all limitations (ignorance, weariness, confusion, slothfulness, etc.) to my lifting in the name of Jesus Christ.
- I decree in the name of Jesus Christ, I am the head and not the tail, I am above only and not beneath.
