The Ministry involves in spiritual growth of pastors, leaders and every member of the church. Bishop Mike Bamidele is the founding bishop of Victory Life Ministries International. Victory Chapel International is an ATMOSPHERE OF THE POWER AND PRESENCE OF GOD. It is the church base for the operations of the Victory Life Ministries International. The first service took place on 7^th January, 1990 at B.293 Imo, Ilesha, Osun State Nigeria with the founding Pastor, our father, an apostle of God, a prophet for this end time Bishop (Dr.) Mike Bamidele in charge. Since the first service, Victory Chapel has spread across neighborhood, cities, States and nations of the earth in diverse ways, with visible local assemblies in over one hundred centres; some in the lesser cities; some with a large congregation in hundreds and some in tens. Each chapel location is part of just one chapel and every single individual is so significance in spreading the message of love and victory. The entire Osun State is being covered and major cities in Nigeria are being reached practically and visibly. The atmosphere at each service is a physical demonstration of the Scriptures.

Dr. Mike Bamidele, in a vision imparting meeting in September 1989 revealed the kind of church that the Lord commanded him to establish among which are:
