Say with me: “I am a wonder by covenant!” Say it again: “I am a wonder by covenant!” Amen.

Who a Wonder Is

A wonder is an exceptionally excellent person. When people say you are exceptional, it is good. When they say you are excellent, it is better. But when you are exceptionally excellent, that is a wonder. When such a person becomes a believer, he becomes a divine spectacle — a divine display of God’s greatness. Say: “I am a divine spectacle!”
Say: “I am a divine display!” That means you are the best — God’s showcase, His “show house.” When something is a show house, it is used to display the very best features. God says you are “full pack” — complete, nothing lacking. Say: “I am full pack!” This is why you are a wonder.

Why You Are a Wonder — By Covenant

Brethren, you cannot fail as a wonder because your wonder is backed by covenant.
This is not just about words. God’s covenant makes you a wonder. A covenant is a legally binding agreement between two parties, each with obligations and commitments.
The closest word to it today is a contract. God is a covenant-keeping God. Psalm 89:34 — “My covenant will I not break, nor alter the thing that is gone out of my lips.” When you come into Christ, you enter into covenant. At the Last Supper, Jesus said, “This cup is the new covenant in my blood” (Luke 22:20).

Examples of God’s Covenants

We cannot look at all seven covenants today, but let’s consider a few:

  1. Noahic Covenant Genesis 8:20–22, “20And Noahbuilded an altar unto the LORD; and took of every clean beast, and of every clean fowl, and offered burnt offerings on the altar. 21And the LORD smelled a sweet savour; and the LORD said in his heart, I will not again curse the ground any more for man’s sake; for the imagination of man’s heart is evil from his youth; neither will I again smite any more every thing living, as I have done. 22While the earth remaineth, seedtime and harvest, and cold and heat, and summer and winter, and day and night shall not cease.” Genesis 9:8–17 No more curse on the ground for man’s sake. Say: “My land is blessed!” Say: “No more curse!” God gave the rainbow as a sign of this covenant.
  2. Abrahamic Covenant (Genesis 12:1–3; 15:18; 22:16–18) “I will make you a great nation. I will bless you. I will make your name great. You shall be a blessing.
I will bless those who bless you and curse those who curse you.
In you all families of the earth shall be blessed.”

This covenant was confirmed, expanded, and sworn by God Himself. He said, “By Myself I have sworn… blessing I will bless you, and multiplying I will multiply you” (Genesis 22:16–17). This same covenant flows to us through Christ Galatians 3:13–14, “13Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree: 14That the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ; that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.”

What the Covenant Does for You

  • Turns impossible and hopeless situations around. Like Abraham and Sarah, whose bodies were “dead” but received life.
  • Brings the presence of God. Exodus 33:14 — “My presence will go with you, and I will give you rest.”
  • Fights your battles and grants deliverance. As with Daniel and the three Hebrew boys in the fire.
  • Makes you great and distinguished. “I will make your name great” — global impact, generational blessing, prosperity.

Genesis 13:2 — “Abram was very rich in cattle, in silver, and in gold.” Isaiah 8:18 — “I and the children whom the LORD has given me are for signs and wonders.”

Your Part in the Covenant

Every covenant has two parts — God’s part and your part.

God is faithful — “too faithful to fail”. Hebrews 6:17–18, “17Wherein God, willing more abundantly to shew unto the heirs of promise the immutability of his counsel, confirmed it by an oath: 18That by two immutable things, in which it was impossible for God to lie, we might have a strong consolation, who have fled for refuge to lay hold upon the hope set before us:” Romans 3:4, “God forbid: yea, let God be true, but every man a liar; as it is written, That thou mightest be justified in thy sayings, and mightest overcome when thou art judged.

Your part:

  • Embrace and own the covenant. Do not be ignorant.
  • Walk blameless before God. Genesis 17:1, “And when Abram was ninety years old and nine, the LORD appeared to Abram, and said unto him, I am the Almighty God; walk before me, and be thou perfect.” Put on the righteousness of Jesus.
  • Live by faith and obedience. Hebrews 11:6, “But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.”

God gave me this word during this convention:

If you are not a wonder, you will wander. If you are not a WONDER (W-O-N-D-E-R), you will WANDER (W-A-N-D-E-R). Choose to be a wonder by covenant.

Say again: “I am a wonder by covenant!”

May you live as a divine spectacle, full pack, walking in God’s covenant, in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
