GOD’S STRATEGY FOR YOUR FINANCIAL PROSPERITY

As you step into the second half of the year, all that you have laboured for shall come to you as harvests, in the name of Jesus Christ. What you are due for shall not elude you in the mighty name of Jesus. Where you need divine intervention, you shall not be left stranded—God will intervene. He will raise helpers for your sake, in Jesus’ name. Whatever has been withheld from you shall be fully restored, in Jesus’ name.

Planning is winning. Failure to plan is already the beginning of failure. God is a master strategist. He does everything with purpose and pre-planning. He makes all things perfect in their time. God always has a plan. And He ensures that what He has made available to you is greater than what any adversary can throw at you.

Greater is He That is in You

“Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is He that is in you, than he that is in the world.” 1 John 4:4.

There is a divine strategy for every area of your life, especially your financial prosperity. You must be in tune with God to know what to do per time.

God Gave Joshua a Strategy to Take Jericho

“Now Jericho was straitly shut up because of the children of Israel: none went out, and none came in. And the Lord said unto Joshua, See, I have given into thine hand Jericho, and the king thereof, and the mighty men of valour. And ye shall compass the city, all ye men of war, and go round about the city once. Thus shalt thou do six days. And seven priests shall bear before the ark seven trumpets of rams’ horns: and the seventh day ye shall compass the city seven times, and the priests shall blow with the trumpets. And it shall come to pass, that when they make a long blast with the ram’s horn, and when ye hear the sound of the trumpet, all the people shall shout with a great shout; and the wall of the city shall fall down flat, and the people shall ascend up every man straight before him.” Joshua 6:1–5.

Divine Strategy in Abraham’s Lineage

“And He said unto Abram, Know of a surety that thy seed shall be a stranger in a land that is not theirs, and shall serve them; and they shall afflict them four hundred years; And also that nation, whom they shall serve, will I judge: and afterward shall they come out with great substance.” Genesis 15:13–14.

“He brought them forth also with silver and gold: and there was not one feeble person among their tribes.” Psalm 105:37.

Long before Israel entered Egypt, God already had a prosperity strategy in motion for them.

The Journey of Testing and Provision

“And thou shalt remember all the way which the Lord thy God led thee these forty years in the wilderness, to humble thee, and to prove thee, to know what was in thine heart, whether thou wouldest keep His commandments, or no. And He humbled thee, and suffered thee to hunger, and fed thee with manna, which thou knewest not, neither did thy fathers know; that He might make thee know that man doth not live by bread only, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of the Lord doth man live. Thy raiment waxed not old upon thee, neither did thy foot swell, these forty years.” Deuteronomy 8:2–4.

Seasons of Divine Provision Change

“And He said unto them, When I sent you without purse, and scrip, and shoes, lacked ye anything? And they said, Nothing. Then said He unto them, But now, he that hath a purse, let him take it, and likewise his scrip: and he that hath no sword, let him sell his garment, and buy one. For I say unto you, that this that is written must yet be accomplished in me, And He was reckoned among the transgressors: for the things concerning me have an end.” Luke 22:35–37.

God’s strategies change based on season. At one time, He provides everything without asking. At another, He equips you to prepare and plan ahead.

Hard Work is a Kingdom Strategy

Laziness leads to poverty. But diligence leads to abundance. Work is not a curse—it is God’s ordained strategy for provision. God blesses the works of your hands.

“And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper.” Psalm 1:3.

“The blessing of the Lord, it maketh rich, and He addeth no sorrow with it.” Proverbs 10:22.

“The Lord shall open unto thee His good treasure, the heaven to give the rain unto thy land in his season, and to bless all the work of thine hand: and thou shalt lend unto many nations, and thou shalt not borrow.” Deuteronomy 28:12.

Favour—A Powerful Strategy for Wealth

Favour is another divine strategy. Favour brings you before kings and opens doors of financial prosperity.

“Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom. For with the same measure that ye mete withal it shall be measured to you again.” Luke 6:38.

“And the Lord turned the captivity of Job, when he prayed for his friends: also the Lord gave Job twice as much as he had before. Then came there unto him all his brethren, and all his sisters, and all they that had been of his acquaintance before, and did eat bread with him in his house: and they bemoaned him, and comforted him over all the evil that the Lord had brought upon him: every man also gave him a piece of money, and every one an earring of gold.” Job 42:10–11.

Stay in Alignment with God’s Plan

To enjoy divine prosperity, you must align with God’s instruction.

“Sojourn in this land, and I will be with thee, and will bless thee; for unto thee, and unto thy seed, I will give all these countries, and I will perform the oath which I sware unto Abraham thy father.”

Genesis 26:3, “Then Isaac sowed in that land, and received in the same year an hundredfold: and the Lord blessed him.” Genesis 26:12, “Then Isaac sowed in that land, and received in the same year an hundredfold: and the LORD blessed him.”

Prayer Points

1. Father, I thank You for the first six months of this year. Thank You for Your grace that has brought me this far in Jesus’ name.
2. Father, whatever I lay my hands upon to do shall bring forth harvests and good results in the name of Jesus Christ.
3. Father, I decree and declare that I am financially prosperous; I shall not lack in the name of Jesus Christ.
4. Oh Lord, by divine arrangement, let all my debts be paid supernaturally in the name of Jesus Christ.
5. Father, order my steps into the strategy You have designed for my financial breakthrough in this second half of the year in Jesus’ name.
6. Lord, let divine favour surround me like a shield and connect me to destiny helpers in Jesus’ name.
