Surely, your word will come in the name of Jesus Christ. There will be a turnaround in your family. In a family, where there have been tragedies and recurring evil evens, God will turn them around now in the name of Jesus Christ. Every member of your family will have outstanding testimonies before the month of October runs out. No more death, no more disease, no more destruction. There shall be celebrations and celebrations in the name of Jesus Christ. Every misfortune in your household is turned around to fortune now in the name of Jesus Christ. You will be having celebrations of good things in your family in the name of Jesus Christ. There shall be exemption from all evils in your household in the name of Jesus Christ. Something great will happen in the last quarter of this year in your household in the name of Jesus Christ.
Take charge of your emotions. Luke 21:19, “In your patience possess ye your souls.” Your soul is very important. Your soul needs to be saved. God deals with a man in 3 tripartite ways: the man’s body, the man’s spirit, and the man’s soul.
In your soul, you have your own will. God has His own will, man has his own will, and likewise Satan has his own will. In your soul, you have your reasoning power, narration, and logical conclusion take place there. Emotion is the seat of your feelings. Your emotion of anger, grieve and love. You must be in possession of your emotion. When you take charge of your emotion, you are in charge indeed. Only strong people take charge of their emotions.
- When you are in charge, hardly can your destiny be blown away.
- You will live a regret free life. Matthew 11:29, “Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls.” When you master your emotion, you cannot live a life of regret.
- You will operate in perfect peace irrespective of what is happening around your life. Philippians 4:7, “And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.”
Jeremiah 6:16, “Thus saith the LORD, Stand ye in the ways, and see, and ask for the old paths, where is the good way, and walk therein, and ye shall find rest for your souls. But they said, We will not walk therein.” A man in charge of his emotion does not react; he acts on what he wants people to know him for. He takes charge of the situation; he does not allow the situations to control his emotions. He does not allow situations to toss him to and fro. Do not allow your emotion to be manipulated. Those who are in charge of their emotion experience special miracles. Acts 19:12, “So that from his body were brought unto the sick handkerchiefs or aprons, and the diseases departed from them, and the evil spirits went out of them.” Acts 5:15, “Insomuch that they brought forth the sick into the streets, and laid them on beds and couches, that at the least the shadow of Peter passing by might overshadow some of them.” Mark 5:15, “And they come to Jesus, and see him that was possessed with the devil, and had the legion, sitting, and clothed, and in his right mind: and they were afraid.” 2 Kings 2:6-10, “ 6And Elijah said unto him, Tarry, I pray thee, here; for the LORD hath sent me to Jordan. And he said, As the LORD liveth, and as thy soul liveth, I will not leave thee. And they two went on. 7And fifty men of the sons of the prophets went, and stood to view afar off: and they two stood by Jordan. 8And Elijah took his mantle, and wrapped it together, and smote the waters, and they were divided hither and thither, so that they two went over on dry ground. 9And it came to pass, when they were gone over, that Elijah said unto Elisha, Ask what I shall do for thee, before I be taken away from thee. And Elisha said, I pray thee, let a double portion of thy spirit be upon me. 10And he said, Thou hast asked a hard thing: nevertheless, if thou see me when I am taken from thee, it shall be so unto thee; but if not, it shall not be so.” Deuteronomy 6:5, “And thou shalt love the LORD thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy might.” If you do not take charge of your soul, you cannot give all to God. Romans 4:15-18, “15Because the law worketh wrath: for where no law is, there is no transgression. 16Therefore it is of faith, that it might be by grace; to the end the promise might be sure to all the seed; not to that only which is of the law, but to that also which is of the faith of Abraham; who is the father of us all, 17(As it is written, I have made thee a father of many nations,) before him whom he believed, even God, who quickeneth the dead, and calleth those things which be not as though they were. 18Who against hope believed in hope, that he might become the father of many nations; according to that which was spoken, So shall thy seed be.”
Hebrew 11:11, “Through faith also Sara herself received strength to conceive seed, and was delivered of a child when she was past age, because she judged him faithful who had promised.”
- You put things in proper place.
- You put things right side up
- You are a man indeed when you are in charge of your emotion
WHAT YOU MUST TAKE CHARGE OF?
- You must charge of your anger Proverbs 16:32, “He that is slow to anger is better than the mighty; and he that ruleth his spirit than he that taketh a city.”
- You must take charge of your joy and excitement.
- You must take charge of your interest.
- You must take charge of your feeling of love, lust and infatuation.
- You must take charge of your expressions, especially verbal expressions. Proverbs 10:19, “In the multitude of words there wanteth not sin: but he that refraineth his lips is wise.” Proverbs 17:28, “Even a fool, when he holdeth his peace, is counted wise: and he that shutteth his lips is esteemed a man of understanding.” Ecclesiastes 5:2, “Be not rash with thy mouth, and let not thine heart be hasty to utter anything before God: for God is in heaven, and thou upon earth: therefore let thy words be few.”
