Your generation is a generation of divine display; a generation that God will showcase for His glory. Your family shall be visited by God, and everything that needs His touch shall receive it. This is your evening of special miracles. Your household shall experience the visitation of God in the name of Jesus Christ. In this service, the power of God will move into your family, turning impossibilities into possibilities. Every heavy burden troubling your family will be rolled away in the name of Jesus Christ. What once looked impossible in your household, God will make easily possible in the name of Jesus Christ. His intervention will bring solutions to every longstanding challenge in Jesus’ name. Psalm 118:15, “The voice of rejoicing and salvation is in the tabernacles of the righteous: the right hand of the LORD doeth valiantly.” Victory will be declared in your home in the name of Jesus Christ. Regardless of your current status, God has spoken that the voice of rejoicing and salvation shall be heard in your dwelling. God will make you joyful in Jesus’ name. Psalm 68:3–7, “3 But let the righteous be glad; let them rejoice before God: yea, let them exceedingly rejoice. 4 Sing unto God, sing praises to his name: extol him that rideth upon the heavens by his name JAH, and rejoice before him. 5 A father of the fatherless, and a judge of the widows, is God in his holy habitation. 6 God setteth the solitary in families: he bringeth out those which are bound with chains: but the rebellious dwell in a dry land. 7 O God, when thou wentest forth before thy people, when thou didst march through the wilderness; Selah.”, There shall be continuous rejoicing in your household in the name of Jesus Christ. Your family shall enjoy celebrations, and nothing will steal your joy in Jesus’ name.

WHAT YOU MUST DO FOR THE CELEBRATION TO BE UNENDING IN YOUR FAMILY

Maintain a strong relationship with God.

Your family must walk with God together. Pray together, read the Bible together, worship together, and let your home be a dwelling place of His presence. A family that seeks God together will rejoice together.

Maintain open and healthy communication.

If you can master communication in your home, celebrations will never cease there. Every member of the family must learn how to communicate honestly, respectfully, and lovingly, otherwise crises will arise repeatedly. May God grant your home the grace to communicate well in Jesus’ name. To communicate effectively, you must be truthful and straightforward. 1 Corinthians 3:1,“And I, brethren, could not speak unto you as unto spiritual, but as unto carnal, even as unto babes in Christ.” When communication is carnal, immature, or dishonest, joy will be hindered.

Do not ignore spiritual compatibility.

Unity in spiritual values plays a major role in ensuring lasting joy and celebration in the home.

Manage financial matters with wisdom.

Money issues can either bring peace or destroy harmony at home. The story of the widow of Zarephath is a powerful example. 1 Kings 17:9–16, “9 Arise, get thee to Zarephath, which belongeth to Zidon, and dwell there: behold, I have commanded a widow woman there to sustain thee. 10 So he arose and went to Zarephath. And when he came to the gate of the city, behold, the widow woman was there gathering of sticks: and he called to her, and said, Fetch me, I pray thee, a little water in a vessel, that I may drink. 11 And as she was going to fetch it, he called to her, and said, Bring me, I pray thee, a morsel of bread in thine hand. 12 And she said, As the LORD thy God liveth, I have not a cake, but an handful of meal in a barrel, and a little oil in a cruse: and, behold, I am gathering two sticks, that I may go in and dress it for me and my son, that we may eat it, and die. 13 And Elijah said unto her, Fear not; go and do as thou hast said: but make me thereof a little cake first, and bring it unto me, and after make for thee and for thy son.  14 For thus saith the LORD God of Israel, The barrel of meal shall not waste, neither shall the cruse of oil fail, until the day that the LORD sendeth rain upon the earth. 15 And she went and did according to the saying of Elijah: and she, and he, and her house, did eat many days. 16 And the barrel of meal wasted not, neither did the cruse of oil fail, according to the word of the LORD, which he spake by Elijah.” Her story began with sadness but ended in celebration. So shall your testimony be in Jesus’ name. Whether there is abundance or scarcity, you need divine wisdom to manage finances. Joseph was sold by his brothers because of envy, yet God preserved him to become a blessing to the same people who betrayed him. Genesis 45:26–28, “26 And told him, saying, Joseph is yet alive, and he is governor over all the land of Egypt. And Jacob’s heart fainted, for he believed them not. 27 And they told him all the words of Joseph, which he had said unto them: and when he saw the wagons which Joseph had sent to carry him, the spirit of Jacob their father revived: 28 And Israel said, It is enough; Joseph my son is yet alive: I will go and see him before I die.” No matter what has happened in your household, celebrations will arise again in the name of Jesus Christ.

Maintain godly intimacy.

A lack of healthy and godly intimacy can bring tension into the home, but when properly managed, it leads to joy, peace, unity, and celebration.

Even Lazarus’ story turned from mourning to celebration. John 12:1–3, “1 Then Jesus six days before the passover came to Bethany, where Lazarus was which had been dead, whom he raised from the dead. 2 There they made him a supper; and Martha served: but Lazarus was one of them that sat at the table with him. 3 Then took Mary a pound of ointment of spikenard, very costly, and anointed the feet of Jesus, and wiped his feet with her hair: and the house was filled with the odour of the ointment.” Your season of sorrow is turning to celebration in Jesus’ name. The prodigal son is another clear example. Luke 15:11–32, “11 And he said, A certain man had two sons: 12 And the younger of them said to his father, Father, give me the portion of goods that falleth to me. And he divided unto them his living.

13 And not many days after the younger son gathered all together, and took his journey into a far country, and there wasted his substance with riotous living. 14 And when he had spent all, there arose a mighty famine in that land; and he began to be in want.

15 And he went and joined himself to a citizen of that country; and he sent him into his fields to feed swine. 16 And he would fain have filled his belly with the husks that the swine did eat: and no man gave unto him. 17 And when he came to himself, he said, How many hired servants of my father’s have bread enough and to spare, and I perish with hunger!

18 I will arise and go to my father, and will say unto him, Father, I have sinned against heaven, and before thee, 19 And am no more worthy to be called thy son: make me as one of thy hired servants. 20 And he arose, and came to his father. But when he was yet a great way off, his father saw him, and had compassion, and ran, and fell on his neck, and kissed him. 21 And the son said unto him, Father, I have sinned against heaven, and in thy sight, and am no more worthy to be called thy son. 22 But the father said to his servants, Bring forth the best robe, and put it on him; and put a ring on his hand, and shoes on his feet:   23 And bring hither the fatted calf, and kill it; and let us eat, and be merry: 24 For this my son was dead, and is alive again; he was lost, and is found. And they began to be merry.

25 Now his elder son was in the field: and as he came and drew nigh to the house, he heard music and dancing. 26 And he called one of the servants, and asked what these things meant. 27 And he said unto him, Thy brother is come; and thy father hath killed the fatted calf, because he hath received him safe and sound. 28 And he was angry, and would not go in: therefore came his father out, and intreated him. 29 And he answering said to his father, Lo, these many years do I serve thee, neither transgressed I at any time thy commandment: and yet thou never gavest me a kid, that I might make merry with my friends: 30 But as soon as this thy son was come, which hath devoured thy living with harlots, thou hast killed for him the fatted calf. 31 And he said unto him, Son, thou art ever with me, and all that I have is thine. 32 It was meet that we should make merry, and be glad: for this thy brother was dead, and is alive again; and was lost, and is found.”

There was a great celebration when the prodigal son returned. Likewise, there shall be merriment in your household in the name of Jesus Christ.
