WISDOM FOR HEALTHY LIVING BY ACTING FROM YOUR SPIRIT

Isaiah 58:8-12, “Then shall thy light break forth as the morning, and thine health shall spring forth speedily: and thy righteousness shall go before thee; the glory of the LORD shall be thy reward…….12 And [they that shall be] of thee shall build the old waste places: thou shalt raise up the foundations of many generations; and thou shalt be called, The repairer of the breach, The restorer of paths to dwell in.”

Father, I receive a personal touch where I need you most, as I touch You by faith in Jesus’ name.

Where there is wisdom, you are in charge of your health and the devil cannot toss you to and fro. It is wisdom for healthy living by acting on what your spirit is ministering to you. You have outer and inner man. The real person is your spirit man. Wisdom requires that you must act from the inner man on the issues relating to your health, because the physical body do subject to your spirit man. The outer man is always listens to inner man. Proverbs 17:22, “A joyful heart is good medicine, but a crushed spirit dries up the bones.” Hannah went to Shiloh sorrowful. She heard a prophetic word from Prophet Eli, her countenance was changed. She returned back to her house as a joyful woman. She met with her husband and she conceived.

You must act according to what the inner man is saying concerning your health Proverbs 14:30, “A tranquil heart gives life to the flesh, but envy makes the bones rot.” Proverbs 18:14, “A man’s spirit will endure sickness, but a crushed spirit who can bear?” It is your choice to act from within to suppress the physical Psalms 118:17. You set a new order. A new order of wellness, good health and sound mind Proverbs 15:13, “A glad heart makes a cheerful face, but by sorrow of heart the spirit is crushed.”

A woman, with issue of blood followed her inner mind to receive her healing from Jesus Christ. Matthew 9:20, “And behold, a woman who had suffered from a discharge of blood for twelve years came up behind him and touched the fringe of his garment,” 21 For she said to herself, “If I only touch his garment, I will be made well.” It was her choice and decision that made her whole.

Do not despise your inner mind. Put your FAITH to work. Faith is an action dictates by your inner mind. Mark 10:51-52, “And Jesus said to him, “What do you want me to do for you?” And the blind man said to him, “Rabbi, let me recover my sight.” 52 And Jesus said to him, “Go your way; your faith has made you well.” And immediately he recovered his sight and followed him on the way. Whatever your inner mind is saying to you right now that is godly and righteous, please act on it now. Many times we do not honour the inner man.

Matthew 14:36, “And implored him that they might only touch the fringe of his garment. And as many as touched it were made well.” Acts 19:11-12, “And God was doing extraordinary miracles by the hands of Paul, 12 so that even handkerchiefs or aprons that had touched his skin were carried away to the sick, and their diseases left them and the evil spirits came out of them.

Prayer:

1. You disease, depart from me now in the name of Jesus.
2. You evil spirit, go out of me now in the name of Jesus.
