Do not be ignorant of the devices of the devil so that you will not be a victim of his devices. Satan will not take advantage of you in the name of Jesus. There are several things people do to take advantage of others. They use your weakness to get at you 2 Corinthians 2:11, “Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.”

DEVICES OF THE DEVIL

1. To doubt the words of God.
2. Devil deceives you to make you feel that God is lying. He makes true friends to become your enemies by manipulating your thought against them. He makes angel of light looks like angel of darkness vice versa Matthew 24:24. Tonight, you will not be a victim of deceits of the devil in the name of Jesus.
3. He delays or hinders something from coming to pass. Devil uses the device of delay to make people to lose faith in God’s words and promises. Apostle Paul was hindered from reaching out to the people at Thessalonian on several times he attempted to do so 1 Thessalonians 2:18. Tonight, enough is enough, Satan! you will not delay me again in the name of Jesus. Every delay is turned to my advantage in the name of Jesus.
4. Devil also tempts us. Every time you are facing temptation in life, the tempter has come to tempt you. You will not fall into his temptations in the name of Jesus. Devil tempted Jesus after 40days fast in the wilderness Matthew 4:1-11. Anybody you obey is your master. You will not be a servant of the devil in the name of Jesus.
5. Devil wants you to believe you are alone in the battles of life. He tells you that your enemies are more than you; the oppositions you are facing you cannot conquer them; the battles you are facing are more than your age and status. He makes you feel that no one loves you. Anytime you have the feelings of lovelessness and rejection, devil is at work. Resist such ill-feeling, God loves you so much.

However, God exposed the secrets of King of Syria against Israel to Prophet Elisha 2 King 6:11-17. Do not accept the lies of the devil that you are all alone in life. Never cave in for the devil. Angels of God are around you. Marital problem is over; financial problem is over; everything is taking shape in the name of Jesus.

Prayer:

1. Father, thank You for exposing the lies of the devil and thank You for the victories over the devil in Jesus’ name.
2. Oh Lord, embrace me with Your loving arms in the name of Jesus.
3. Oh Lord, expose all the secrets of the enemies to do me harm and give me victory over them in the name of Jesus.
4. Oh Lord, help me to always escape every device of the wicked in the name of Jesus.
5. Father, I receive divine help on my finance; divine healing; relief from my pains; all my debts cancelled; peace and harmony in my home in the name of Jesus.
