The Lord will give you strength; He will increase your strength day by day. Isaiah 40:31, “But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew [their] strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; [and] they shall walk, and not faint.”

You will mount up with wings as eagles, you will not be weary, you will not faint, the Lord will strengthen you with might by the Holy Spirit, peace be unto you in the name of Jesus Christ. No evil will be fall you, no plague will come near you in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. This work has only entered a new phase; a new wave of glory has come over this work. This work has entered a new wave of exploits in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. You will see it and you will be fulfilled in the name of Jesus Christ.

Paul the apostle faced all manner of storms in life: persecutions, oppositions, shipwrecks, desertions, and so on. One night, Paul the apostle was preaching and a man sitting beside the window fell from the second storey building and died instantly. The people were worried, but Paul the apostle went there, laid down on him and brought him back. No struggle, no effort. The power of God was at work in him. But God made him to know that he was a human with that enormous power, he still went through discouragements and fears in life. We went through depressions. He needed other people to encourage him. 2 Corinthians 7:5-7, “5For, when we were come into Macedonia, our flesh had no rest, but we were troubled on every side; without [were] fighting, within [were] fears. 6Nevertheless God, that comforts those that are cast down, comforted us by the coming of Titus; 7And not by his coming only, but by the consolation wherewith he was comforted in you, when he told us your earnest desire, your mourning, your fervent mind toward me; so that I rejoiced the more.” The greatest among the ministers of the gospel are still human. The past one or two years had been very shaking in the body of Christ, from the greatest to the least, all manner of stuffs happened. God is only using that to strengthen our faith. We are like Job. Job lost all his assets in one day! Job lost all of his servants one day, only one of the servants escaped to report the evil report. Job lost all of his ten children one day; seven sons and three daughters. It will not happen to you in Jesus’ name. I have lost a child, the only daughter. We were very closed, but she died. Faith does not ignore the challenge. Faith confronts the challenge and overcomes it. The Lord who comforted me when l lost my daughter will comfort you and strengthen you in the name of Jesus Christ. What l went through that time produced inner strength in me, produced a determination to make that devil pays for what he did by more aggressive evangelism and be a blessing for the body of Christ. I am not running after money, I am running after souls. The word l am speaking today will be a word of comfort to somebody in the name of Jesus Christ. Romans 8:35-39, “35Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? [shall] tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? 36As it is written, For thy sake we are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter. 37Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us. 38For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, 39Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.” Those things only made Paul stronger, more determined, more focused on the resurrection of Jesus Christ. John 16:33, “These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.” Acts 14:22, “Confirming the souls of the disciples, [and] exhorting them to continue in the faith, and that we must through much tribulation enter into the kingdom of God.” We must continue in faith whatever happens to us in life 1 Corinthians 15:58, “Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye steadfast, immoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord.”

Prayer:

  1. Father, I thank You for making me strong, I thank because You are my strength. Therefore I cannot fail in the name of Jesus Christ.
  2. Father I thank You because You are my Comforter, comforting me day by day and I know whatever happens in this life, I am more than conqueror. Today, I rededicate my life to You, to love You afresh; to serve You afresh; to be more determined and focused; to fight the good fight of faith in the name of Jesus Christ.
  3. Father, help me to live with the reality of heaven, help me to finish well in the name of Jesus Christ.
